Cache issue when slides backwards

Problem: Sticky content loading, when the slideshow goes backwards with the toolbar icon for back

ActivePresenter version: 9.1.

OS: Win 10

Notes: The slideshow has about 0.5 GB content with several videos and audio in a slide. When clicking foreward no problem. When clicking backwards in the toolbar at the bottom, the loading can be sticky.
My remedy: I turn off the backwards icon in the player config:)

Any other hint?

Hi Roland,

The video/audio of the next slide will be preloaded while the current slide is running, so the next slides will load faster. However, going back to a previous slide or loading slides in a different, unpredictable order may take more time, depending on the speed of your internet connection.

I guess, my remedy will work - uncheck the backwards button in the toolbar:)

You should use less size of content.

:slight_smile: The foreward stream works fine! When any backward needs: I have a chapter summary!
