Can anyone help with how i might add this to a graphic

Here are the steps to create it:

  1. Create the elements: s, 10s, 1m, and 10m, then convert each into symbols.
  2. For the seconds: Add text keyframes for 0, 1, 2, …, 9, 0. Once it reaches 10s, the 10s symbol begins running at a speed of 1/10.
  3. Continue building the project following the same pattern.
