Bug report: the zoom slider is stuck in the new version of ActivePresenter; you need to double-click the + / - buttons

Hello support team,

I am experiencing an issue with the zoom slider bar in the bottom status bar of ActivePresenter.

The slider handle (the cursor used to zoom in and out of the canvas) is completely frozen. When I try to click and drag it, it does not move at all and the canvas zoom level remains unchanged.

Currently, the only way I can change the zoom via the status bar is by double-clicking consecutively on the “+” or “-” icons. Single-clicking does not work, and dragging the slider does not work either.

I have already tried to use the “Reset Layout” option under the View tab, but it did not solve the issue.

System Details:

• ActivePresenter Version: 10.5.1

• OS: macOS Sequoia 15.7.7

Hi Betty,

Thank you for your report.

We have checked and confirmed this issue. The zoom slider cannot be dragged, and the + / - buttons do not work correctly with a single click.

As a workaround, on macOS, you can zoom the canvas by using Command + mouse wheel, or go to the View tab and use Zoom or Zoom Fit.

We will fix this issue and let you know when an update is available.
