Problem:
Bug: Export to Video GUI, Output File: Cannot trim file path
When Exporting to Video, user cannot shorten the default file path and type a new path, unless they leave “.mp4” at the end of the string. Any attempt to clear .mp4 and type a shorter path (most users would retype “.mp4” at the end of their new path) triggers the program to replace the file path with the default and put the cursor at the beginning of the string.

9.1.3 (bug appeared in the last versions of 8.5 and continues in versions 9+)
