Buffer At End Of Video

Hello everyone,

I’ve been running into an issue for a long time where Active Presenter adds 0.5 seconds of buffer at the end of my videos after exporting them. This happens on all of my videos, and the last frame is extended an extra 0.5 seconds.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to stop Active Presenter from adding that buffer? It is quite annoying when I am trying to make a short video have a seamless repeat.

I’m using the newest version of Active Presenter. This has been happening since I updated to version 9.

Hi,

The extra 0.5 seconds was automatically added by ActivePresenter to fix the audio/video error where the end part was cut off.
If the video is used as a loop but does not contain audio, please try deselecting the Export Audio option on the Export to Video dialog.
