Bounce Effect by Letter Failing

Saola Animate version: 3.1.2

There appears to be something wrong with the bounce effect when animating text by letter. The first letter bounces but the rest of the word just floats down. It worked fine until I upgraded to the latest version.

Switching to the other effects with the same settings, animates the letters correctly.
