Problem:

There is a bug in Active Presenter that causes the video to be smaller than the actual recorded video

OS: Windows 10

Update, I tried a different screen recording software, and I’m still getting the same result, so maybe it’s a bug in my pc somewhere?

Was able to fix (and I don’t know exactly why this fixed it) by setting the display from 2160p to 1080p then back to 2160.

Hi Zane,

You deleted the video so I’m not sure what the issue is.
I guess you’re talking about letterbox or pillarbox?
If so, it’s due to the difference in aspect ratios of the video and the player display area.
