What would be the easiest way to convert all of my TTS files in a project to the new AI generated voices. Currently I am having to click on each slide, click on the TTS button, then click “generate” to create the new sound file. I’d love to be able to do this quicker.
Hi isaachwashington,
Thank you for your suggestion.
We understand that regenerating TTS audio manually for each slide can be time-consuming. We’ll take your feedback into consideration and consider adding a faster workflow for generating new AI TTS voices for the entire project in future updates.

Hi,
At the moment, the quickest built-in way to do this is to use closed captions as the narration source, then convert them to audio in bulk.
You can try this workflow:
- Add/select the AI voice from AI > Cloud Voices.
- Select a closed caption, choose the new AI voice in the Text To Speech section, then click Apply To All if you want to use the same voice for all caption nodes.
- Go to File > Project > Batch Operations > Convert Closed Captions To Audio.
- Choose all slides or a specific slide range, then click OK.
This will generate the TTS audio for multiple slides at once.
But if your current TTS audio was created from regular objects using the Generate button in the Properties pane, ActivePresenter currently regenerates those one at a time. We’re planning to improve this in the next update to make bulk regeneration of object-based TTS audio easier.
Best regards,
