AWS Polly access issues

Problem:
All attempts to use Polly access credentials fail with a “Access key invalid” while all access details are correct.
Key are generated from AWS dashboard and pasted into ActivePresenter - all details have been checked several times.
My AWS user and access is being managed by corporate IT and the only application I can access is Polly, which is working perfectly from the console.
Anything specific I need to get done on AWS?
This feature was working fine in the past.

ActivePresenter version: 9.1.5

OS: Win 11 23H2 Buikd 22631.4317
