Audio Timeline failed to load in ActivePresenter 8.3.0

Problem:
ActivePresenter 8.3.0 fails to load the audio and show visually where all is the voice in audio track (as it shows in Timeline)

ActivePresenter version: 8.3.0

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit (Intel i5-9500T @2.2GHz and 16GB DDR4 RAM)

Notes: This happens on most of the videos created on previous versions of AP

We need more particular information to find out the cause of your issue.
So, it would be very helpful if you can share us:

  • The log of ActivePresenter. To view the log, click ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
  • The project which has the issue and its external data folder named in the PROJECT_FILE_files (if any). If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive then email them to support@atomisystems.com.
