Problem:
I recorded a session of about 35 minutes yesterday. When I opened it in ActivePresenter, everything seemed fine. But when I exported it, the audio was missing in the video as well as ActivePresenter. The file is lost and the project’s name is Untitled1. The files folder’s name is Untitled1_files, I haven’t touched it. What can I do to restore the audio?
