Audio recording not working properly

Problem:
I’m new to Active Presenter and I’m trying the free version in order to check if it suits me well. I have a problem when I record my voice over an interactive presentation. The audio is very jerky and erratic, it just comes and goes and it’s impossible to understand anything. I tried with 3 different microphones and the result is always the same.
This happens both when I record the microphone while registering the screen, as well as when I register the screen and then add the record.
The microphone is not the problem since I daily use teams and other stuff and have no problems with that.

What can it be?

ActivePresenter version: 9

OS: MS Windows

Hi Federico,

Please make sure not to plug/unplug the audio device while recording since ActivePresenter cannot detect the audio input device immediately.
To help us investigate your issue better, kindly send your ActivePresenter log file to support@atomisystems.com.
To view the log, click ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
