Problem:
Dear team,
I was moving my entire folder where approj file and its folder was kept, but after the entire data was moved audio files from each of the project folder was missing
please help

Hi there,
For performance reasons, ActivePresenter stores large audio/video resources of a project in an external data folder named PROJECT_FILE_files, which is relative to the project file location.
When copying, moving or renaming a project file, please make sure to copy, move, or rename its data folder (if any) accordingly.
So, please check again to make sure you perform in the right way.
