Audio Device Error in ActivePresenter 10

Problem: When playing a slide timeline with audio I get an error message “Please don’t unplug/plug/change audio devices while recording or previewing.” This was not a problem before upgrading to ActivePresenter 10. It seems that ActivePresenter is not able to identify the sound output device on my computer. I could not find any setting in ActivePresenter to adjust the sound output device to fix the problem.

ActivePresenter version: 10

OS: Windows 11 (24H2)

Thank you for sending the log file.
Based on the log, we see that the audio device is unstable, as it says plugging in and unplugging continuously.
Please unplug all the audio and webcam devices, and try again to see if there is an error.
Then, plug in the other devices one by one to see which one has the error.
If you know which one, then check if the jack is loose. In case the device is ok but still has an error, kindly update the driver for it.
