Audio and Video not playing when opening powerpoint in Active presenter

Problem: When I import a powerpoint into activepresenter all inserted video and sound from the powerpoint will not play in activepresenter

ActivePresenter version: ActivePresenter Pro Edition
Version 9.1.4 - 64-bit build. (Released: 2024.03.22)

OS: Windows 11

For your information, when importing a PowerPoint presentation into ActivePresenter, the inserted videos and sound in PowerPoint will be placed in the ActivePresenter Click Sequence timeline.

If you want to preview the inserted videos and sound from PowerPoint in the main timeline of ActivePresenter, please follow the steps:

  1. Click the ActivePresenter button > Preferences.
  2. Click on the Miscellaneous tab of the Preferences dialog > select the Import PowerPoint animations to the main timeline option.

  3. OK > import a .pptx file.
