Problem: application do not open file any more!!!

Notes: I cannot open a file after a crash of the application!! can I restore it? can I recuperate the file?

Saola Animate backups editing projects every 5 minutes by default.
If you don’t see or don’t choose to recover from backup projects after a crash, you’ll lose them.
However, you can send your project folder to our support email at support@atomisystems.com to see if we can help.
