Amazon Polly voices not accessible?

In AWS, I create an Access Key and Secret Access Key for Amazon Polly voices, and input these into Active Presenter Text to Speech:

But get this when I test authentication:

‘SubscriptionRequiredException’

I did this yesterday so it’s not a matter of the account not being live as yet.

Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Could you please check your AWS account to see if the registration/verification process completed or not?

That was the problem. For some reason I had to re-verify my credit card details. Many thanks!
