Not sure this exist …I was looking for it but can’t find it. Can I (as a creator) add comments to slides (that are not visible in the course itself - f.e.: things that I have to adapt in the future, a reference, …). So more technical comments for the creator itself .

You can write your comments in the slide description field (Slide Properties pane > General tab).
The slide description will not appear in HTML5 output.
You can also add a shape into the slide for your comments, and set the shape Show in Mode to none (Shape Properties pane > Size & Properties tab > Show In Mode section) so that it’ll not be visible in HTML5 output.
