Adding a Hand Cursor

Problem:
How do I add a “hand” cursor to a button (that is an image) so that when I hover over button, it changes cursor to a hand instead of pointer?

Having a tall canvas that go beyond the view-port with a vert scrollbar.
When a button is clicked, how can I scroll the page back to the top.

Cool, I was hoping for some thing like that. Wouldn’t of thought of looking under the text property though seeing my button is an image.
