Hi, I am using the free version of ActivePresenter and it is completely unstable. It is crashing on the simplest of changes or on a request to play a single slide. I am trying to complete a simple short presentation. This is frustrating!
Could you please share the log file so we can check?
To view the log:
- In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
- Select Miscellaneous.
- Click View Log.

According to the log, it seems the memory of your PC was low so the issue. Can you please try closing unnecessary applications to see if it helps?
