Problem: ActivePresenter records only a part of the main sreen and a part of the second screen

Hello all,

I want to record one of my monitors with ActivePresenter.
Before starting, you can set that the entire monitor should be used. The frame is also set perfectly and takes the monitor into account.

But after I finished the recording, I see in the result about one third of the left monitor and two thirds of the main monitor (which should be shown 100% and not ca. 66%; So it looks like the area being recorded is shifted about 30% to the left.).

I hope my descriptions are understandable.

ActivePresenter version:
Version 8.1.1 - 64-bit build.

OS:
Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1909

Used Monitors:
3 (2 external and 1 of the Laptop)

Notes:
I am new here, possibly the topic has already been discussed. Apologies if that is the case. :slight_smile:

Could you please update the latest version of ActivePresenter and try recording again to see if it helps?

update to Version 8.5.6 - 64-bit build. (Released: 2022.04.12)
solved the issue!
Sorry for this! I could have thought of it myself.
However, the software did not show me that there are further updates.
No matter. It works. Thanks again!
