It seems to be happening when I delete a section of the timeline than hit Undo (Ctrl-Z) to adjust the portion being deleted. This is really getting frustrating.
Now it crashed when I just simply paused playback. bangs head against desk

OK thanks. Also I found out Friday, when my IT guy researched this issue, that you were having lots of crashes after your latest release but there was an update that was supposed to fix it. I updated Friday and today it hasn’t been crashing, yeah! I’ll still send the file because you probably should see whatever was happening last week.

We are glad to hear that it works now. FYI, we have checked the log and it seems that the problem is related to the bug that we fixed in ActivePresenter 7.2.4.
