Thanks for your recent update of Active Presenter 10.6.0.
There is an important feature I’d like ActivePresenter team to consider since nowadays it becomes important to streamline content production for more efficiency to content editors.
1st Feature Request - Font Type and Font Size Theme Granularity
This feature is parts of UX features to improve the UI for content editors. Currently ActivePresenter comes with the Custom Theme Font, however this can apply to Selected, Matching or the Whole slides.
While producing courses, quizzes, ActivePresenter editors should also have the flexibility to selectively choose which elements the Custom Them Font changes apply to for the Whole Slide option, such as questions, answers, feedback, or text boxes, allowing them to customize each content type independently while maintaining a consistent overall design.
The Granular Custom Theme Font Style and Size could apply separately to specific elements in slides such as:

answers
-
feedback messages
-
and text boxes
-
any other elements of the canvas that should require this granular feature
This feature can save a lot of time to editors and improve course production efficiency, ensures consistent formatting throughout the project, reduces the need for repetitive manual adjustments, and creates a more professional and visually cohesive presentation. It also improves readability, simplifies content management, and allows users to quickly update the overall design whenever formatting preferences change.

2nd Feature Request: Preview Modes
This request is intended to address the user interface from a UX design perspective, as well as the overall appearance of the editor canvas. Since mobile devices are increasingly used today, responsive tools are important. However, the predefined settings should also support responsiveness across both mobile and desktop devices.
I would suggest improving certain predefined settings so that they are responsive by default when creating quizzes. For example, when selecting a Multiple Choice question, the default font size appears too small on the canvas and during desktop preview. I have not tested this on a laptop, but I wonder whether the font size adjusts automatically based on the screen size to improve readability and responsiveness.
For this I would suggest provide to user the Preview Mode features (for normal slides and quiz slides) that would include:
- Mobile View (Portrait and Landscape)
- Tablet View (Portrait and Landscape)
- Desktop View
This method would help content editors have a quick overview on how the user interface would look like in order to quickly making required adjustments.
By the way some of your major competitors already have this features years ago.

3rd Feature Request - Make the Canva Interface more intuitive for Content Editors
I would suggest improving the Canvas with a more modern look and a more user-friendly interface, including easier access to features and guidance. For example, users could have the ability to personalize the UI and customize elements, for example such as the size of the Submit button in quizzes.
It would also be helpful to make Timeline object management more intuitive and user-friendly by providing more in-app guidance. Contextual popups or Tools Tips messages could help content editors quickly identify the available actions. These could appear in message boxes or link to relevant guidance on your website based on the selected feature.
The same suggestion applies to the Properties panel, which sometimes includes programmatic features. Providing more direct guidance there would make these features easier to understand and use.
I am making these suggestions because ActivePresenter is a powerful and useful tool. However, providing additional guidance within the application would help content editors work more efficiently and streamline project production.
