ActivePresenter crashes

Hi,
for some time (1 week), ActivePresenter is closing by itself and crashes/reboot my macbookpro (catalina latest version). when restarting, I lose my personal settings (shortcuts …)
Can you help me please ?

Hi Christophe,

Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter so we can check? To view the log:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log

If you cannot attach the log in this thread, you can send it to support@atomisystems.com.
