Problem: Hi. I was trying to Export a screen recording when activePresenter suddenly crashed. I found the unsaved file but it is in .file format. I do not know how to recover it. it was an extremely important recording so please help me in recovering. it was just 4-5 mins long.

OS: Windows
Notes: I did not find any audio file related to my screen recording

Can you send your project and its external data folder (named PROJECT_FILE_files) via support@atomisystems.com so we can take a look?
