Hello,
I am using ActivePresenter 9 (version 9.3.0) and export my projects with audio to SCORM packages (both 1.2 and 2004 – the issue occurs with either format).
When viewing the SCORM package in Moodle with Google Chrome, the audio plays completely without issues.
However, when a colleague tested the same package in Firefox, he reported that the audio on every slide is cut off about 1–2 seconds before the end. I then tried it myself in Firefox and confirmed the same problem: each slide stops the audio prematurely, although the media files themselves are correct.
I checked the exported SCORM ZIP, and the .m4a files have the full audio length as expected.
When enabling SCORM debug mode in Moodle, I can see that a Terminate() event is fired in Firefox before the slide officially ends. This does not happen in Chrome, where the audio is played fully.
Could you please advise how to prevent the audio from being cut off in Firefox?
Is there an export setting or a known workaround for this behavior?
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Armin
