Activepresenter 10 ile Macos Scrom Aplication Sorunu

When I obtain SCORM from my Macbook using ActivePresenter 10, it doesn’t work in the official Moodle app or other apps. There’s no problem when I obtain SCORM from Windows or from ActivePresenter 9 on both Windows and macOS. I urgently request a fix; I have hundreds of SCORMs. Otherwise, I’ll have to obtain them again individually from Windows, which is very frustrating :frowning: Can you resolve this issue as soon as possible?

Hi,

We’ve tested both ActivePresenter 9 and 10, and they work as expected. The only additional step required when uploading SCORM 2004 content is enabling Allow Cross-Website Tracking, which allows Moodle to create a session properly.

If you’re using SCORM 2004, please try turning this option on and see if it resolves the issue. If the problem persists, feel free to share more details so we can assist you further.

Regards,

I’m using Scorm version 1.2. enabling Allow Cross-Website Tracking, which allows Moodle to create a session properly. Where can I do this?

Could you please describe the issue in more detail? For example, were you unable to upload the course to your LMS, did the content fail to display, or did you receive any error or pop-up message? If possible, a screenshot illustrating the issue would be very helpful.

We’ve tested uploading content in both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004, and everything works as expected on our end.

I uploaded the course to my LMS, but when I try to open the SCORM file via the Moodle app, it stays on a white screen. Would you like me to send a video?

Yes, please send us the video so we can better assist you.
You may attach it here, or send it privately to our support email at support@atomisystems.com
Additionally, here are the steps to enable the Allow Cross-Website Tracking option for the Moodle app, in case you haven’t located it yet:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone > Apps > Moodle
  2. Turn on Allow Cross-Website Tracking.
