Active presenter not working

Problem:

“Active presenter- screencasting & rapid authoring tool has stopped working” is shown when i try to open active presenter.
ActivePresenter Version: 6.1.6

OS: windows 7 32 bit

Hi,

Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter? To view the log in ActivePresenter 6:

Click ActivePresenter icon on the top left corner.
Click Preferences…
Select Miscellaneous tab.
Click View Log.

Please send entire the log to support@atomisystems.com

Unfortunately, we could not find any clue from the log. According to the log, you are using the 64-bit version of Windows, not 32-bit. So, please use ActivePresenter 7 if possible. You need to install Windows 7 Platform update to make sure the version run correctly.
