Active Presenter crashes on startup

Problem:

Active Presenter 9.0.7 crashes at startup and a window appears telling me this :

Active Presenter InformationInterprocess exception (boost: 7, native: 2): No such file or directory

I reinstalled the application but it doesn’t change anything.

ActivePresenter version: 9.0.7

OS: MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

In case you restarted your computer but the issue still persists, please try the following steps:

• Uninstall ActivePresenter from your computer.
• Delete the ActivePresenter folder on your computer completely:
  (For macOS) /Users/<user_name>/Library/Application Support/ActivePresenter
• Download and install ActivePresenter again: Download ActivePresenter - eLearning Authoring Tool, Screen Recorder, and Video Editor
