active presenter crash

When I open a video capture made with Active Presenter in the software, it no longer responds. Is there a solution or is this a bug?

Hi,

Please provide us with more information and materials so we can help you better:

  • Does this happen with any video capture project or just a specific one?
  • Is there any dialog appear?
  • Kindly send the ActivePresenter log file. To view the log, click the ActivePresenter button > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
  • Send us your project (.approj) along with its external data folder (named in the format PROJECT_FILE_files, if it exists)
