Problem: WHen Previewing, ActivePresenter freezes after about 20sec no matter the slide. Its still working though but the preview just doesn;t go past 20sec. Please advice.
ActivePresenter version: 9.0.1
OS: Windows 10 Pro

This issue may occur if your slide includes images/videos of a large size. Please check these media resources again and try reducing their sizes to see if it helps. (Acess the View tab > Resources)
