That may be because ActivePresenter was blocked from writing to the local data location.
If you’re on Windows it may be blocked by the “Controlled folder access” in Ransomware protection, or by an antivirus or a security application.
Please run ActivePresenter as an administrator and reactivate the license.

There should be 2 log files: ActivePresenter.log and ActivePresenter.activator.log
