I have just upgrade, my activation is gone. It is also possible that the activation is gone after migrating to new system disk (to SATA, with mirroring disk utility). How can I get my software back up and running?

Yes, changing your system disk will invalidate the activation because the fingerprint of your machine has changed.
You should deactivate the license before changing hard drive.
