As I work at home on a desktop and sometimes at my work place with a laptop I was wondering if there was not an easier way to activate and deactivate my key. Could it not be done through the software or online as it’s not easy to always physically activate / deactivate when working on two computers in two different places?

It has been a while. Hope that you’re doing great.
Yes, you can deactivate the license on your current machine and then reuse the product key to activate ActivePresenter on the second one.
And you can do that as many times as you need.
You can also deactivate remotely in cases where you don’t have access to the device that the license was activated on, using the portal at: ActivePresenter License Activation Management
