YouTube will not process video

I used active presenter to make the video, and no matter if I try to upload it from the app or from my desktop the video never processes. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I have been looking at every time I try this. I am trying to upload to YouTube and I have tried safari and chrome.
The video is:

OS: High Sierra 10.13.6

Hi,

Can you please try with different formats (such as AVI or MKV)? If you can play the file locally, it maybe a YouTube’s sever problem.
