Why video so laggy

**the video is so laggy I do not know why I have a 5000 dollar pc **

ActivePresenter version: the latest version

OS: Windows 11 beta

Notes: love you software but hate the lag

Please note that the current version of ActivePresenter doesn’t support Windows 11 beta. We will support Windows 11 right after it is available.

Can you please let me know some information:

  • When did the issue occur? (recording, editing…)
  • The resolution of working video?
