Video recordings give 'black results'

Problem: I am very new to ActivePresenter – why do recordings give ‘black results’, i.e. I cannot see the recording. It worked fine at first, but then…?

ActivePresenter Version: 7

OS: Windows 10

I found out…! The problem was, it appears, that I was running ActivePresenter on one screen while recording what was going on another screen, i.e. I have two. Sorry for disturbing you :blush:
