Video recording countdown

Problem:
I have just updated to the latest Windows 10 version 20H2.
Since doing so when I try to insert a video from my web cam the count down before it begins stats counting down from crazy numbers like 795960 instead of the 3 seconds previously.

ActivePresenter version: 8.3.0 64-bit build

OS: Windows 10 64-bit version 20H2

Notes: I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

Hi John,

Can you please send us the log file so we can check. To view the log:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.

Strange.
Just opened a new unnamed project and it worked correctly first time.
I suspect the file I was trying to edit had a name that may have been too long for the program to work properly with.
I should be ok if I keep the project file names short.
