Video is trimmed during playing in ActivePresenter

Problem:
Recorded video is trimmed during playing in ActivePresenter. In export the same, is trimmed. If I stop played video it looks ok.

ActivePresenter version:
7.5.15

OS:
Windows 10

Notes:
I alredy changes Slide properties to appropriate resolution but it doesn’t work. Also I copied the content to new one project by pasting with Use destination theme but it doesn’t work too.
Trimmed video issue appears in ActivePresenter version 7.5.15 and 8.3.2 too.

Hi Jan,

Maybe your video size is bigger than the Canvas, so it causes this problem.
Please resize your video by dragging the resizing handles until it fit the Canvas.
