Version 8.0.4 / Voice over recording problems

Problem: when recording a screen and the voice over, I notice afterwards on the recording that the volume is automatically going down and up. The downs appear after a small break. But it makes the vidéo useless, really. And I did not have this problem two days ago when I still had the previous version of Active Presenter. Recorded 15 videos last week without any problem, and now this.

Hi Ludovic,

Can you please try reproduce the issue again then send us the log and the recorded project? To view the log, click ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log. Please also make sure there is no other application controlling microphone volume which recording (for example. additional software from audio card manufacturer).
