We need to upload html content to veeva clm and so far looks like regularly exported content will not work there before some adjustments. Can you guys tell anything about active presenter support veeva clm.

The requirement is quite strange. Do you mean that all output files (JavaScript, CSS, audio, image) need to be merged into the output html file to create a single html file? If so, it is impossible due to technical limitation of the current web technologies.
Does Veeva CLM support SCORM or xAPI? Could you please try with these outputs?
