I recorded a video and forgot to save it, can you pls tell me if there is a way to retrieve it? I shut my laptop by mistake and now i dont see it. kindly help pls, it was very important and urgent.

Please try looking for the cached recorded video file in: C:\Users\Username\Documents\ActivePresenter.ActivePresenterCachedProjects
Kindly note that “.ActivePresenterCachedProjects” is a hidden folder so you might need to turn the “Show Hidden Files” option on to see it.
If there is a video file here, copy it to another folder and open it with ActivePresenter for editing.
If there is no video file in the Cache folder, it seems that no way to recover it, unfortunately.
