Unauthorized changes bocked

16:38:46: Directory ‘C:\Users\wstro\Documents\ActivePresenter’ couldn’t be created (error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.)

Some users reported that the problem came from antivirus software like Avast.
It wrongly blocked ActivePresenter from accessing some locations on their computers.

Do you use Avast Antivirus? If so, ActivePresenter may be wrongly blocked by this program.
Please add ActivePresenter to the allowed list of antivirus software to see if it works.

I am using Windows Defender

If so, please refer to this link for more information about Windows Defender: Ransomware protection in Windows Security - Microsoft Support
