Problem:
Until today, I was always able to click on the ActivePresenter menu item in the toolbar and it would display the list of menu items (including such things as Save As, Project Information (author, web site, etc.). However, now when I click on it, nothing happens. It’s almost as if it’s not registering that I’ve selected it by clicking. All other menu open just fine (Home, Slide, Annotations, Interactions, etc.), just not the ActivePresenter item.

OS:
Mac 10.13.4 (High Sierra)
Notes:
Any idea how I restore the functionality of the ActivePresenter menu item? Reinstall? I’ve rebooted, no joy.
