I’m new to ActivePresenter, and trying to get my head around a problem that’s preventing me from recording useful software simulation videos.
When I type into a text box while recording, holding down the Shift key doesn’t capitalize the expected letter. Instead, the shifted letter remains in lower-case, but the next letter is capitalized. So, if I try to type “Hello”, what appears is “hEllo”.
Has anyone else encountered this before? What’s the solution?
