the WebCam is not displayed during recording

I use ActivePresenter Free Edition.
The webcam is turned on and is displayed in the preview. During screen recording, the webcam image is not displayed. After stopping the recording, the camera image is shown in the final video. Did I miss a setting?

Please send the log of ActivePresenter via support@atomisystems.com so that we can analyze it further.
To view the log:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.

Hi Josef,

Thanks for sharing the log.
There is no founded issue from the log.

Kindly take note that after hitting the Record button, ActivePresenter will hide itself to record all actions on the screen.
You can click its icon in the Taskbar to show the Recording Toolbar.

After that, you can click Settings (the gear icon) and select Show Webcam in the pop-up dialog.

If you finish the recording and you’re informed that the webcam doesn’t work.
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover it.

To analyze your issue in detail, please send the log of ActivePresenter to support@atomisystems.com.
You can follow the guide as mentioned in the previous response.
