Request the ability to edit the speed and volume of text to speech for third party “voices” (eg Microsoft Azure) in the Caption properties window.
Is this already in the pipeline? Do you have any indication of when this might become available?

This feature is already included in the pipeline.
However, we do not have detailed plans when it will become available.
In the meantime, to achieve what you want, you can get the support SSML tags from Google Cloud (Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML) | Cloud Text-to-Speech API | Google Cloud) and Microsoft Azure (Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML) overview - Speech service - Azure Cognitive Services | Microsoft Learn)
