Text Selection off by default

In Active Presenter, Text Selection is turned on by default for text boxes and images.

When I am training Active Presenter, I always tell the participants to turn off
‘Text Selection’. This is because, in the exported project the end-user can accidentally highlight the images and or text. Resulting in something like this:

Can I please request to turn ‘Text Selection’ off by default?

Thank you for your suggestion about the Text Selection feature.

I’ve noted it and will forward it to our internal team for further consideration. It will be added to our to-do list if we receive many similar requests from users.

Maybe it would be easier for you to create project setting, where the user can turn off text and image selection?

ActivePresenter doesn’t have a setting for all objects at once, but you can adjust each object type individually in Object Settings: How to Work with Object Settings in ActivePresenter 9
