Problem:
I am trying to record streaming video from Firefox. Streaming video playback is very jerky. I have tried 60 frames per sec, and took it down to 30. No better.
ActivePresenter version:
Version 8.3.0 - 64-bit build. (Released: 2020.12.04)

Could you please try using H264 codec and selecting Use Direct3D option in Recording Settings dialog:
Besides, please be noted that ActivePresenter was designed with emphasis on creating professional quality training contents. Its power lies in the editing and exporting capabilities. It wasn’t meant to be a streaming or simple video recording app.
