Sound is not playing

When I published the demo in HTML5.
In Microsoft edge,

  1. Demo, for first few seconds voice, was not coming, second time it worked.

In IE,
2) the voice disappeared at 00:30 seconds, second time it worked.

Can you please tell me why this issue has occurred?
